Carrot, orange and ginger smoothie

This carrot, orange and ginger smoothie is perfect for winter, when we need to boost our immune system. The vitamin C in the orange and the anti-inflammatory properties of the ginger make it a smoothie full of benefits.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the carrot, orange, ginger, water and ice in the Bike Blender.
  2. Pedal until the smoothie is well mixed and lump-free.
  3. Serve and enjoy a refreshing and healthy drink.
