You don't need a fancy gym. In autumn, nature becomes the best place to work out. You just have to open your eyes:

  • The park benches are useful for doing squats or dips.

  • The paths covered in leaves are ideal for walking or running without looking at the clock so much.

  • Even collecting leaves with your little ones can be an exercise in mobility and play.

The key is in use what you have on hand. In addition, training outdoors in autumn has an extra benefit: breathing fresh air, feeling the changes of the season and giving your mind a break from screens.

And if it's cold... even better. The body uses more energy to warm up, so you burn more calories without even realizing it.
