Sleeping well in autumn: the invisible secret to an active life

Hablamos de deporte, de comer sano… pero a veces se nos olvida lo más básico: dormir bien. Y el otoño, con sus cambios de luz, puede alterar un poco nuestro descanso.

Algunos trucos simples para dormir mejor:

  • Mantén horarios estables, aunque los días se acorten.

  • Evita pantallas antes de dormir, mejor un libro o música tranquila.

  • Cena ligero, una sopa o crema en lugar de comidas pesadas.

  • Ventila tu habitación: dormir con aire fresco ayuda al descanso profundo.

Dormir no es “perder el tiempo”. Es cuando el cuerpo se repara, la mente se ordena y los músculos asimilan el entrenamiento.

 Haz la prueba: combina una buena noche de sueño con tu bici o tu paseo matutino, y verás cómo cambia tu energía durante el día.
