500g of pumpkin.

1 onion.

1 small piece of fresh ginger.

1 medium potato.

1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:

Fry the onion in oil.

Add the pumpkin and potato in pieces, cover with water.

Boil for 15 minutes and add the ginger.

Blend everything until you get a smooth cream.
