Recipe: Pumpkin and ginger cream soup for after training

Nada como volver a casa después de moverte y encontrarte con un plato calentito que te reconforte. Esta crema es perfecta para recuperar energía y al mismo tiempo darle al cuerpo nutrientes de calidad.

Ingredientes (4 raciones):

  • 500 g de calabaza.

  • 1 cebolla.

  • 1 trozo pequeño de jengibre fresco.

  • 1 patata mediana.

  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.

  • Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Preparation:

  1. Sofríe la cebolla en aceite.

  2. Añade la calabaza y la patata en trozos, cubre con agua.

  3. Hierve 15 minutos y añade el jengibre.

  4. Tritura todo hasta conseguir una crema suave.

Tip: acompáñala con semillas de calabaza tostadas por encima. Te aportan proteína y un toque crujiente.
