Let's face it: when the days get shorter and it starts to get chilly, laziness strikes hard. The sofa and the blanket seem to be drawn together. How do you flip it? Here are some simple tips:

  1. Set schedulesEven if it's not summer, keep your date with sports. Just like a meeting.

  2. Look for a short planYou don't need to train for an hour. 20 minutes of cycling or 15 minutes of stretching will already activate your body.

  3. Dress to move: It may sound silly, but putting on your workout clothes is already half the motivation gained.

  4. Do it accompanied: Going out with a friend always increases the desire.

  5. Remember how you will feel afterwards: nothing like that feeling of having fulfilled yourself.

Fall isn't an excuse, it's a challenge. And if you manage to maintain your energy now, you'll enter winter much stronger. So, you know: less blanket, more movement. Your future self will thank you.
