Green spinach, kiwi and apple smoothie

This green smoothie is a great way to detoxify your body and get a boost of energy in the morning. Spinach and kiwi are packed with vitamin C and fiber, helping to boost your immune system and improve digestion.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 1/2 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into the Bike Blender.
  2. Pedal until the smoothie has a uniform and smooth texture.
  3. Serve and enjoy a nutritious and revitalizing shake.
