Beet, strawberry and banana smoothie

This beet, strawberry and banana smoothie is vibrant in color and packed with nutrients. The beet provides iron and antioxidants, while the banana and strawberries add potassium and vitamin C, making it a perfect pre- or post-workout drink.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk
  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the beet, strawberries, banana, water and ice in the Bike Blender.
  2. Pedal until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. Serve and enjoy a smoothie full of color and flavor.
