Tropical mango and pineapple smoothie

This tropical smoothie is ideal for cooling off on hot days. Rich in vitamin C and fiber, it is perfect for strengthening the immune system and keeping you hydrated.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the mango, pineapple, coconut milk and ice in the Bike Blender.
  2. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
  3. Serve and enjoy a refreshing tropical smoothie.
